Placing an order

  • When you place an order, you should receive an email confirming receipt of your order. We then perform a standard pre-authorization check to make sure you have enough money on your card.
  • We accept your order only after payment has been approved and the payment card has been charged (and then a contract is concluded on the basis of these conditions).
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there is a problem with your order, we will contact you.


  • Because of both the big size and weight of our products we are using a special algorithm to offer you the most affordable delivery option. We can send most of the single products in packages but some of them will be sent using pallets.
  • Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days. 90% of our clients get their fencing delivered in 3 days and 99% by 5.
  • Plus the time of customs clearance (as our products are manufactured in and shipped from the EU). 
  • We advise you not to book your builder in until your items have arrived just in case.
  • We work to meet all delivery times but they are not guaranteed – e.g. because of postal / carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can. We will not accept claims for late delivery of orders whatever the reason.

Returns and refunds – for business and for private customers

We are working hard to guarantee you the best quality of our products which at this moment basically defend themselves with our long lasting tradition of manufacturing.

If you are a private customer purchasing an item by mistake or simply not requiring the items, please notify us by writing to our customer services department within the period of  24 hours starting on your order time. We will provide you with full refund

Note that in case of return you will need to organize and pay for the return of the goods you’ve bought from us. We will return you the money excluding the equivalent of the incurred cost of the transport. Consumers wishing to return an order must contact our customer services department in writing within 14 calendar days.

Complaints or need to speak to us?

Occasionally things do go wrong and you may want to get in touch with us. If that happens, please contact our customer care, who will work with you to resolve any issues you’re having with our services. We will respond at latest on the next working day.

Regardless of your needs, whether they are commercial or domestic, we will be able to offer you the right products. We are stocked and ready to ship the next day. In the case of orders in the number of hundreds of nets, the shipping time may be longer due to processing.
